It was my own health journey that inspired me to train as a health coach at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, qualifying me to work with Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) trained doctors and practitioners. I was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, in 2016. Using Functional Medicine, I have improved my health immeasurably and am committed to helping others find their way to health and wellness.
I will support you to find a variety of ways to create new, lasting habits, which make sense for you, as the unique individual you are. I will treat you as a whole person, understanding that many factors influence health. I will encourage you to find a new level of awareness and trust in your body, integrating good choices into your daily life. You may want to address food and nutrition, stress management, movement, sleep issues, resilience, support and more. I will be there to help you navigate any hurdles and barriers you come across which are hindering your progress.
I am passionate about helping clients achieve their optimal health thorough lifestyle change so they can live their lives to their fullest potential.
