I am an educator specialising in developing mindfulness skills for children. I work with children individually and through schools. In my work I support children and young people in nurturing their emotional health and well-being. My career of 18 years has been centered around education and teaching children and teens. Lately, I have been a yoga instructor for children for 5 years. My approach is rooted in contemporary neuroscience. My services include group mindfulness sessions for children and adults, guided meditations for children, individual coaching sessions and a mindfulness programme called 'Paws b' for schools.
I am trained with ‘Mindfulness Now’ and 'Mindfulness in Schools Project', the most established provider of mindfulness training for schools in UK. BA (Hons), MSc
