Dr Andrew Brennan
Dr Brennan has practised as a Consultant Anaesthetist at Bradford Teaching Hospitals since 2004. Having completed specialty training in Yorkshire, he spent 2003-2004 as a Visiting Instructor in Anesthesiology at the University of Michigan Hospitals, Ann Arbor, USA. In 2014 he developed an interest in sleep medicine, in particular sleep-disordered breathing. This encompasses snoring and sleep apnoea. This condition impacts on quality of sleep and can lead to daytime sleepiness or fatigue, insomnia and development of long term illnesses. In 2016 he successfully completed the European Sleep Research Society Examination in Sleep Medicine in Bologna, Italy, to qualify as a Somnologist – Expert in Sleep Medicine.
