I have worked in the fitness industry for 17 years and I have ran my own personal training business for 11 years.
As a child I was obese and I was very unfit. As a young teenager I under ate and over exercised. In my late 20’s I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid. My own life experiences have inspired me to adopt a more balanced and functional approach when it comes to exercise and nutrition.
I practise a researched based approach when it comes to training myself and my clients. All my clients have benefited from a more personable, functional and specific pathway to exercise.
